End of Tenancy Cleaning
A £100 cleaning fee is charged at check-out. This covers:
- Cleaning of your bedroom and shared spaces
- Waste removal
- Laundering of bedding
Just pack up and hand in your keys — we handle the rest.
Deposit
A £400 deposit is required to secure your room. This is fully refundable, provided:
- Rent is up to date
- There is no damage
- You’ve met the tenancy conditions
House Rules
All tenants must agree to simple, respectful House Rules designed to ensure a clean, fair, and friendly living environment. These include:
- Cleaning shared spaces regularly
- Putting bins and recycling out for collection
- Respecting fellow tenants and common areas
We’ll review these with you at check-in and provide a copy for your records.
Check-In
Check-in appointments are available daily between 10:00 and 22:00, and we aim to meet each tenant in person.
At check-in you’ll:
- Sign two copies of your contract and house rules
- Receive a full property tour
- Be shown how to use all appliances (shower, oven, washing machine, dryer, heating, ventilation)
- Receive your keys
Booking a Room
To apply for a room at 2/2 Ravenswood Avenue:

- Once your deposit is received, we’ll send a Confirmation Email to finalise your booking.
