We’re Scott and Louisa Duncan – partners in life and business – and we run Scott Letting, a family-owned rental company based in the Southside of Edinburgh.

The Duncan family have been renting out properties in the city for over 40 years, and between us we have more than 100 years of combined landlord experience. We only rent out rooms in properties that we own and manage ourselves, which means you’ll always deal directly with us—not a third-party agent.

We both studied in Glasgow and know exactly what it’s like to juggle lectures, part-time jobs, and everything that comes with student life! That’s why we’ve designed our homes to be clean, comfortable, and totally hassle-free—so you can get on with enjoying your time in Edinburgh.

We are registered landlords with the Scottish Government and all of our homes are licensed HMOs approved by Edinburgh City Council. Your safety, comfort, and legal protection are our priority.
