Tenancy Dates
- Standard tenancy: 1st September - 31st August
- If a room becomes available mid-year, the tenancy will run until 31st August, with the option to renew or move on.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
A £100 check-out cleaning fee will be applied, covering:
- Cleaning of your room, shared spaces, and kitchen
- Waste removal
- Laundering of bedding
No need to deep clean or worry about waste removal—just pack and hand in your keys.
Deposit
A £400 security deposit is required to secure your room. This will be refunded at the end of your tenancy, provided:
- Rent is fully paid
- No damage has occurred
- The room is left in good condition
House Rules
All tenants must agree to a set of House Rules to maintain a respectful and cooperative shared living space. These include:
- Cleaning shared areas regularly
- Taking responsibility for bin and recycling duties
- Being considerate of flatmates
You’ll go over these during check-in and receive a signed copy for your records.
Check-In Process
Check-ins are available between 10:00 and 22:00 daily. We aim to meet every tenant in person.
During check-in, we will:
- Sign 2 copies of the contract and house rules with you
- Provide a full property tour
- Show you how to use all appliances and systems (shower, oven, washer, dryer, heating, etc.)
- Give you your keys
Booking a Room
To book a room at 3/3 Hazelwood Grove:
- Complete the application form below with all required information.
- Indicate if you’d like a specific room or are flexible within a budget range.
- Once received, we’ll send you a Booking Offer confirming room availability and payment details.
- After your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a Confirmation Email to finalise your booking.
A booking is only secured once your deposit has been received and you have your confirmation email from us.
